For items to be delivered next day all orders must be placed before 2pm. All items are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event of components been out of stock budget boiler spares will contact the buyer immediately and offer a full refund or give a new delivery date, which in most cases will be within 48 hours.
The times quoted for dispatch are estimates only and we do not accept any liability for failure to dispatch within such times. We have a next day carriage charge (excluding weekend and bank holidays) of £8.50 per order, subject to VAT. Deliveries are made to England, wales and parts of Scotland excluding the highlands & islands. If you live outside of these areas a fuel surcharge will apply so please phone for details.
Your order will only be accepted when we have receipt of the confirmed approval of payment from sage pay. Once we receive payment a confirmation email will be sent to you.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the part ordered is the correct part. The seller will deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advise in part identification. A restocking charge will apply to the buyer of 25% of the full amount charged for part. The cost of carriage to return the part(s) will be at the buyer’s expense.
All products purchased from budget boiler spares can be returned within 30 days, but must be unfitted & in a saleable condition. Before items can be returned to the seller, notification will be required either by phone fax or email and the part must be sent back with the original invoice. All electrical items purchased e.g. PCB’s, gas valves etc. will either be in a clear sealable bag or a security sticker affixed and if opened the item(s) cannot be returned.
Once item is returned and checked a restocking charge of 25% will be made and deducted from the refund to the buyer. The cost of carriage is non refundable and it is at the buyers own expense to pay for carriage when part(s) are returned. A suitable insurance cover is advised as the return of any damaged goods will be at the buyer’s expense.
The price of goods is subject to VAT of 20%
When items are delivered it is up to the buyer to check for signs of damage. When delivered, if there is any obvious signs of damage the buyer must sign “damaged” on the delivery paperwork.
For all damaged or faulty goods budget boiler spares will require written notification either by fax or email within 3 working days of the receipt of the goods. Please note for all returned components the cost of carriage is down to the buyer and no refund can be made for original cost of carriage. When electrical components are returned faulty they are sent to the manufacturer for testing and a refund can only be made once the manufacturer has sent a diagnostic report to the seller. This usually takes around 6 weeks.
Same day delivery is available but is subject to stock, location and available delivery slots. Please phone before you pay for same day delivery so we can check availability. All orders will have to be received before 1pm so we can check availability. We endeavour to get parcels delivered before 6pm and same day delivery is for the south Yorkshire area only. A charge of £18 is applicable when delivery is accepted and is added to the total cost of the shopping basket.
If orders are purchased by credit card a 1.5% charge is applicable to the total cost of shopping basket. Please note this is only subject to credit card payments and for all debit card payments there is no extra charge.
